Conclusion

The aim of this project was to investigate hydrogen storage in combination to renewable energy production. In order to do so three key                      were identified.

The group has created an intelligent and iterative H2ool that sizes each component of the solar-hydrogen system and can be made adaptable to any demand and any climate  (                     ). A key advantage is that the H2ool can be made adaptable to contribute to future research towards hydrogen fuel cell technology as well as the growing hydrogen economy.

Furthermore, incorporated into the H2ool is a costing system of present and potential future costs that helps to investigate the economic feasibility (                      ). In different scenarios the technical feasibility has been investigated (               ) and considerations have been made in respect to social and environmental factors.

Whilst Vision H believes that the system is unfeasible for now, the future will see a greater hydrogen economy emerging which will further support the increase in efficiency and reduction in cost of this system. The developed H2ool can not only be utilised in helping materialise this future energy potential but it can be further enhanced depending on the application and investigation of feasibility such as incorporating other renewable energy sources.
